Several mosques in Mumbai have started broadcasting azaan on an app named 'OnlineAzan' after loudspeakers were removed in the city after the court's order. "Those who download the app will get to hear the azaan from their own mosque in real time," lawyer Allapitchai M, who got the app developed, said. Azaan is a daily call for Muslims to worship.
