A police constable, Amol Kishore Sapkale, has been arrested for allegedly groping women passengers while intoxicated in the ladies compartment of a Mumbai local train. The incident took place on a Borivali-Vasai slow train. Passengers reported that he, in uniform, boarded at Mira Road and pretended to check tickets while inappropriately touching women.
