Mumbai property registration marked a record high with 75,672 registrations between January and June 2025, up 4% from same period in 2024, according to data from Maharashtra Revenue Department. The revenue from these registrations clocked ₹6,699 crore, a 14% year-on-year rise from last year's ₹5,874 crore for the same period. June 2025 alone saw 11,211 property deals in Mumbai.
