Mumbai's historic Elphinstone Road Over Bridge, built in 1913, has been closed for redevelopment. MahaRail will construct the city's first double-decker ROB to ease congestion, enhance connectivity, and modernise the urban landscape, while preserving the bridge's legacy and ensuring commuter safety.
