Mumbai has been lashed by three days of heavy rain, leaving streets waterlogged and roads battered. On Thursday, the Western Express Highway saw massive jams from Bandra to Goregaon as potholes brought traffic to a crawl. Stranded vehicles, broken-down cars and buses off-schedule added to commuter misery.
