A murder-accused prisoner was seen in a video celebrating his birthday at Bengaluru’s Central Prison premises along with other inmates. He was seen cutting his birthday cake with a large knife, with the celebration being filmed by his fellow inmates. A case was registered, and an investigation has begun into how mobile phones were being used inside the prison.
