In a setback for Congress MLA and former Minister Vinay Kulkarni, the Supreme Court rejected his appeal against cancelation of his bail. He surrendered before a Special Court on Friday. The Court ordered that he be handed over to the CBI and sent to judicial custody. The case pertains to the 2016 murder of a BJP leader in Dharwad.
