SSP Awakash Kumar told Hindustan Times that the speeding SUV driver in Patna intentionally hit the officers and that the FIR registered against the driver will include murder and other charges under the BNS Act. Authorities are investigating whether the occupants in the SUV were under the influence of any substance or involved in any criminal activity.
