The father of Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska, who was killed on a train in North Carolina, couldn't attend her funeral in US because of ban on military-age men from leaving Ukraine. Only men under the age of 23 and over the age of 60 have the right to leave Ukraine. Her father had to watch the funeral via video call.
