Billionaire Elon Musk's xAI has filed a lawsuit against a former employee alleging that he stole Grok trade secrets related to "cutting-edge AI technologies with features superior to those offered by ChatGPT" to take to his new job at OpenAI. The lawsuit claims Xuechen Li did so after he accepted the job offer and sold xAI stock worth $7 million.
