Akheram, whose brother Radheshyam was injured after an LPG truck exploded following a collision in Jaipur and killed 14 people, said he was woken up at 5:50am and informed of the incident. "People told me [my brother] walked 600 metres from explosion site...Instead of helping, most bystanders just made videos," Akheram told TOI. "Radheshyam was conscious, talking coherently," he added.
