A 65-year-old retired Army man, S Vijayan, donated his ₹4-crore properties to the Arulmigu Renugambal Amman temple in Tamil Nadu's Tiruvannamalai after being insulted by his daughters over inheritance, officials said. He dropped the property papers in the temple's donation box. "I'll officially register my properties in the temple's name...My children insulted me even for my daily needs," he said.
