Anubhav Sinha recalled that people started calling 'Ra.One' a flop soon after it released but it was Shah Rukh Khan's comment that left him heartbroken. "I saw [SRK]...calling it a flop...I thought to myself, 'How could [he] say this?' After that, even I started calling the film a flop...People [said] it did fairly well [at the box office]," Sinha recalled.
