Dr Rudresh Kuttikar, who was seen being scolded and suspended by Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane at GMCH, has rejected Rane's apology and instead demanded that Rane apologise to him publicly in the same hospital's casualty. "(Just) as my humiliation went viral, the same thing (apology) should also be viral. I was humiliated completely that day," Dr Kuttikar said.
