A Karnataka man named Vishal Kumar Gokavi has alleged his wife Tahseen Hosamani forced him to convert after they registered their marriage in November 2024. Gokavi said his wife pressured him to marry again as per Muslim customs in April, where his name was changed without his knowledge. She threatened to file a rape case if he did not convert.
