Manipur's Security Adviser, Kuldiep Singh, has said that Myanmar militants may have had a role in the attack on police commandos in the town of Moreh. Singh highlighted the change in the nature of attacks, noting that gunfire was previously coming from distant areas. However, in the case of the recent episode, gunfire originated from nearby areas.
