The Supreme Court has observed that no voter had challenged deletions during Bihar's Special Intensive Revision (SIR). A bench led by CJI Surya Kant noted that deletions from voter roll were correctly done on grounds of death, migration and duplication despite widespread apprehension voiced earlier about mass exclusions in Bihar. "Nobody came forward to say I've been excluded," SC said.
