But Nandurbar District Collector Dr Mittali Sethi has broken this notion by enrolling her twins, Shukar and Sabar, in a ZP Anganwadi near Tokar Lake. Inspired by the "Jholi" initiative, her decision highlights social responsibility and the importance of strengthening government institutions.
