The Kremlin on Tuesday said NATO will have to demonise Russia and portray it as a "fiend of hell" in order to justify committing to a big increase in member states' defence spending. NATO leaders are expected to commit to spending 5% of their GDP on defence and security-related investments by 2035 at their summit at The Hague.
