The Supreme Court held that when a party is unable to analyse, comment or argue on a contention raised by other party, it will be a breach of natural justice and a violation of the most fundamental notions of justice. It said that the choices of parties cannot conflict with mandatory provisions in jurisdiction of the seat of arbitration.
