NBCC (India) Ltd inked a ₹3,700 crore MoU with RIICO to develop Rajasthan Mandapam & allied infrastructure on 95 acres near Jaipur Airport. NBCC, as exclusive executing agency, will handle planning, construction and marketing. Funding follows a self-financing model with ₹50 crore advance, up to ₹635 crore govt support and space monetisation.
