Mumbai's National Company Law Tribunal has admitted AGS Transact Technologies for the corporate insolvency resolution process. This comes after its operational creditor, Securitrans India, filed a plea over unpaid dues worth around ₹2.4 crore. As of April, AGS owed ₹592 crore to banks due to business disruptions, while multiple ATMs are non-functional as it couldn't ensure cash fulfilment in them.
