Ahmedabad bench of NCLT has admitted a petition seeking to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against BluSmart Mobility. A resolution professional is appointed to manage the firm's assets during the bankruptcy process. The bench decided on Catalyst Trusteeship's application and concluded that BluSmart hasn't paid up to ₹1.28 crore in dues against one of its multiple debt lines over March-April 2025.
