National Commission for Women (NCW) took suo motu cognisance of the alleged gang-rape of a 20-year-old college student by 10 men at Odisha's Gopalpur beach. Chairperson Vijaya Rahatkar urged DGP for immediate arrest of all remaining accused and to provide free medical and psychological support to the victim. She said an action taken report has been demanded within three days.
