The National Democratic Alliance has announced a 'Bihar Bandh' on September 4 (Thursday), protesting against the abuse hurled at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his late mother during a recent Congress-RJD rally. The bandh will remain for five hours from 7 am to 12 noon. Railways and emergency services won't be impacted during the shutdown.
