Iran's Supreme leader Ali Khamenei ruled out negotiations with US on its nuclear programme. Khamenei said negotiating with US "does nothing to serve our national interests" as US has already determined the negotiations' outcome in advance, which is shutdown of Iranian nuclear enrichment. This comes after US President Donald Trump said Iran would "never possess a nuclear weapon" at UNGA.
