LoP in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, said in the Parliament that neither the Congress-led UPA nor the current NDA government has given a clear-cut answer about unemployment to the youth. He also praised PM Narendra Modi's 'Make In India' initiative but added that he failed. "Manufacturing fell from 15.3% of GDP in 2014 to 12.6% of GDP today," he said.
