Nepal's Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak has resigned after 19 people were killed and over 300 others were injured in protests against the social media ban in the country. Earlier, youth protestors forced their way into the parliament complex in Kathmandu and hurled objects at riot police guarding the legislature. "The police have been firing indiscriminately," one protestor said.
