The Women's T20 World Cup 2026 will, for the first time in history, have 12 teams participating in it, two more than the 10 that did in the previous edition. Eight teams have already qualified for the tournament on ranking basis. To decide the remaining four, a 10-team Women's T20 World Cup 2026 Qualifiers will be hosted by Nepal.
