Nestle India MD Suresh Narayanan called his first 100 days in the role "one of the greatest challenges" of his career, when he confronted "daunting" Maggi crisis. In his last letter to shareholders, Narayanan said, "Maggi noodles went from market leadership to near extinction." He recalled 60,000 Maggi boxes were sold in under five minutes on Snapdeal following Maggi's relaunch.
