Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge criticised PM Narendra Modi and said that he had never seen a PM who tells so many lies and deceives the youth. Kharge said PM Modi doesn't answer whenever he is asked about anything, be it demonetisation, MSP or unemployment. "I have been in politics for 65 years. He (PM) has lied on everything," Kharge said.
