Astronomers using NASA's James Webb Space Telescope have found strong evidence of a Saturn-mass gas giant orbiting Alpha Centauri A, Earth's closest solar twin. The star lies 4.37 light-years away, and the planet candidate appears to be in its habitable zone. The potential planet, however, is unlikely to support life, as it is a gas giant.
