The Union Government has launched an AI-powered app, Sanchar Saathi, to prevent online financial frauds. The app analyses transactions in real time, flags risky mobile numbers, and alerts users and banks to potential threats. Already, it has blocked nearly two lakh suspicious transactions, aiming to make digital payments safer and protect citizens from cyber-enabled financial risks.
