The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Mumbai Police on Friday arrested New India Co-operative Bank's former CEO Abhimanyu Bhoan in the ₹122 crore embezzlement case. This is the third arrest in the case after ex-General Manager Hitesh Mehta and real estate developer Dharmesh Paun were held. The alleged scam was discovered during an inspection by the Reserve Bank of India.
