The Delhi High Court said that "the next Covid pandemic is far from over and in fact, active, amongst the community, today" and asked for details on the Centre's preparedness for sample collection, collection centres, and sample transportation policy. The bench said this while hearing a plea alleging that the Centre has not established minimum standards for the same.
