The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has dismissed an appeal challenging the renovation of Shah Rukh Khan's sea-facing house in Mumbai, Mannat. Activist Santosh Daundkar had filed a petition alleging that the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) had wrongly granted Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) clearance for the renovation. The NGT rejected the plea, stating that it had "no force".
