The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has asked the Delhi government, MCD, NDMC, and PWD to file their response to a plea citing the hazards posed by pigeon droppings. The plea filed by a school student alleges that when pigeon-feeding areas are swept, the toxic particles of dried droppings mix with dust, polluting the environment and causing adverse health effects.
