The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on Friday said it has tightened reporting of 'loose FASTag' to improve toll operations. "NHAI has further streamlined its policy...to immediately report and blacklist 'loose FASTags'," it stated. Users often avoid fixing FASTags on windshields, causing unnecessary delays at toll plazas and inconvenience to other National Highway users.
