The National Highways Authority of India will install vertical QR code signboards along national highway stretches to provide relevant information to commuters. These boards will display project-specific details, emergency helplines 1033 and contact numbers for highway patrol, and toll managers, NHAI said. It added that these boards will be placed near rest areas, toll plazas, among other places.
