The NIA has filed an FIR against US-based SFJ leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun for inciting Sikh soldiers to block PM Modi from hoisting the tricolour on August 15, offering them ₹11 crore. Pannun unveiled a Khalistan map and spread anti-India propaganda from Washington during a press meet in Lahore. He faces UAPA charges.
