Nikhil Chaudhary made his List-A debut for Tasmania earlier in 2025. His dream of playing First-Class cricket could come true on October 4, if he is named in Tasmania's playing 11 for their Sheffield Shield opener against Queensland. Chaudhary played with Abhishek Sharma and Shubman Gill in Punjab's SMAT and Vijay Hazare Trophy matches between 2016 and 2020.
