Nila Infrastructures received an LOI from the AMC for "Kajimiya ni Chali" slum rehabilitation. The ₹105.02 crore domestic contract includes the Construction of 728 housing units and 25 commercial shops under a PPP model, per PMAY. Development cost is covered by TDR (₹56.51 Cr) and free sale component (₹48.51 Cr).
