Fugitive businessman Nirav Modi's brother-in-law, Maiank Mehta, is set to give a confession against Modi before the special CBI court in connection with the Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam case. Mehta is accused of playing active role in the case and being a beneficiary of the defrauded amount, receiving $30 million. Modi is currently undergoing extradition proceedings in the UK.
