Zerodha's Rainmatter has invested in Deepak Shenoy's Capitalmind Financial Services in a Series A funding. This marks the first external institutional funding for Capitalmind. Shenoy said, "Having Rainmatter invest is a powerful validation of our journey." Nithin Kamath said their stake is capped at 10% as per SEBI regulations, adding they won't have a board seat, ensuring independence.
