Bihar CM Nitish Kumar will not hold the state's Home Ministry for the first time since he became the CM in 2005. The portfolio has been taken over by BJP leader and Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary. Earlier reports suggested that the NDA allies had hit a temporary roadblock with JD(U) reluctant to give up the portfolio.
