Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday alleged that the caste survey conducted by the Nitish Kumar government in Bihar was an exercise to fool the people. "We don’t want a caste survey like the Bihar government did," he said addressing 'Samvidhan Suraksha Sammelan' in Patna. He said 50% cap on reservations for SCs, STs and OBCs is "not enough".
