Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has become the first municipal corporation in the country to provide Property Identity Cards to property owners, a facility aimed at enhancing transparency and simplifying property-related transactions. The initiative was launched on Independence Day at the NMMC headquarters after the flag hoisting ceremony.
