The Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC) said that if Kamal Haasan doesn't apologise for "Kannada was born out of Tamil" comment, his upcoming film 'Thug Life' may be banned in Karnataka. "Kannada groups have demanded a ban...we've decided that he should apologise," said KFCC president. Meanwhile, KFCC ex-president Govindu demanded apology or threatened joining Kannada activists in protest.
