Delhi CM Rekha Gupta directed all departments and officials concerned to refrain from taking harsh actions against stray dogs until the Supreme Court delivers a final decision in the matter, The Indian Express reported, citing officials. Instead of picking up dogs, the government is currently planning a mega sterilisation campaign, tenders for which will be floated soon, the report stated.
