US President Donald Trump's administration has asked 9 universities to agree to a number of demands in order to receive "preferential access" to federal funds. One of the demands says that foreign student enrolment cannot exceed 15% of a university's undergraduate population. Also, no more than 5% of foreign students enrolled at a college can come from a single country.
